Cimyko Terms of Use

Solutions Sparkops Inc.
Effective October 23, 2026.

  1. Purpose. Cimyko is print shop management software provided by Solutions Sparkops Inc. (Laval, Quebec, NEQ 1179657987) to Imprimerie des Éditions Vaudreuil inc. (the "print shop"). These terms apply between Sparkops and the print shop and govern its use, including its connection to QuickBooks Online.
  2. Who may use it. The print shop and the persons to whom it opens an account: its team, and its customers in their customer portal. The print shop makes sure each account stays personal and its credentials stay confidential.
  3. License. Sparkops grants the print shop a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Cimyko to operate its business, including the customer portal it offers its customers, as long as the service is provided. Cimyko remains the property of Sparkops.
  4. Connection to QuickBooks. By connecting QuickBooks, the print shop authorizes Cimyko to read and write the data described in our privacy policy, section "Cimyko and QuickBooks Online". The print shop may withdraw this authorization at any time by clicking "Déconnecter" (Disconnect) in Cimyko, or from QuickBooks.
  5. Data. The print shop's data belongs to it. Sparkops processes it on the print shop's behalf, according to its instructions and our privacy policy (sparkops.ca/privacy-policy). It protects its confidentiality, notifies the print shop without delay of any incident affecting it, and lets the print shop verify its measures.
  6. Accounting. The print shop remains responsible for its accounting, its invoices and its tax filings. It reviews what Cimyko records in QuickBooks.
  7. Intuit. QuickBooks is a product of Intuit Inc., subject to Intuit's terms. Sparkops is not affiliated with Intuit, and Intuit is not responsible for Cimyko.
  8. Availability and liability. Sparkops provides Cimyko with care, without guaranteeing uninterrupted or error-free service. Sparkops is not liable for lost profits or indirect damages. This limit does not apply to intentional or gross fault, or to bodily or moral injury.
  9. Written contract. If Sparkops and the print shop sign a contract that governs the use of Cimyko, that contract prevails over these terms.
  10. End. The print shop may stop using Cimyko at any time. When the service ends, Sparkops disconnects QuickBooks, then returns the data to the print shop or destroys it, according to its instructions.
  11. Changes. Any change is published on this page, with its date.
  12. Governing law. The laws of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. The French version prevails.
